A rare decorative glass pitcher created in the tradition of Soviet artistic blown glass from the 1960–1980s. This piece combines fantasy-like sculptural details with the elegance of fully transparent glass — a hallmark of master glassblowers from the Kalinin region.
The pitcher features a fluid, organic silhouette, surrounded by delicate glass “spikes”, a twisted handle, and a sculptural, ribbon-like spout that looks as if it froze in motion. Inside the body sits a beautifully shaped, textured glass element — a signature technique used in collectible Soviet studio glass to give depth and a sense of movement.
Each detail — from the expressive base to the airy, whimsical top — was shaped entirely by hand, making this pitcher a unique, one-of-a-kind object.
